If you are not satisfied with the product upon receipt, you may request a refund within 7 days. Please ensure the product is unused and remains in its original packaging.
2. Refund Conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories.
- Customized or personalized items (such as specially designed crystal bracelets) are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
3. Return Process
- Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and product photos.
- Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- The shipping cost for returning the product is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a quality issue or a shipping error on our part.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether it meets the refund conditions. If eligible, we will process the refund within **7 business days**. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
